Service

Hermes Publisher is a private automation tool operated for authorized publishing of completed videos to a YouTube channel through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API.

Authorization

The service may act only on a YouTube account that has been explicitly authorized by the account holder through Google's OAuth consent process.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, bypass platform controls, or violate YouTube or Google policies.

Platform terms

Use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google API policies.

Availability

The service may be suspended when required for security, maintenance, quota, OAuth, API compliance or platform policy reasons.

No warranty

The service is provided for the operator's own use without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Google and YouTube services remain controlled by their respective providers.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable platform requirements change. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
